RETURNS
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 3 days of receipt by writing to team@danklyapp.com. You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
At DANKLY, our only goal is to understand What makes our customers happy. So, instead of giving refunds, we would rather exchange your original purchase with one that you will be more satisfied with.
If the shipping label has not been printed, you're eligible for a full refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Once the label is printed, we cannot process refunds or provide store credit. In-transit products and perishable items are non-returnable. If your order is damaged or incorrect, email a photo of the product and packing slip to team@danklyapp.com to receive store credit. However, we do not offer credit for personal preferences like taste, dryness, etc. Ensure any refund or store credit requests are made within 14 days of delivery, as we will not process requests beyond this timeframe. Please review this policy before making any purchase.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be done for a product of equal value within 14 days of receipt of the original wrong/ damaged products.
